Trevor Maltais is a Founding Attorney and Managing Partner of StoneBridge Legal Group, where he advises individuals, families, and business owners on estate planning, trust design, wealth preservation, business succession, probate, and related legal matters. His practice is centered on helping clients protect what they have built, prepare for the future, and create lasting legacies for the people they care about most.

Before entering the practice of law, Trevor served for nearly three decades in the United States Air Force and the Department of Defense, including senior civilian leadership positions within the United States intelligence community. Throughout his career, he led complex organizations, directed strategic initiatives, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and supported national security missions across the United States and abroad. Working in environments where decisions carried significant consequences, he developed a disciplined approach to leadership, risk assessment, problem-solving, and long-term planning.

That experience continues to shape Trevor's approach to legal representation today. Clients seek his counsel not only for legal guidance, but also for his ability to simplify complex issues, evaluate risk, and develop practical strategies tailored to their personal, family, and business objectives. He is known for bringing a thoughtful and strategic perspective to matters involving family wealth, business ownership, succession planning, trust administration, and long-term asset protection.

Trevor earned his Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and is licensed to practice law in the State of Utah. He also holds a Master of Science in Security Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. In addition to his legal practice, Trevor has held professional licenses in real estate and insurance, providing him with a unique understanding of the legal, financial, operational, and personal considerations that often intersect in sophisticated planning matters.
