Bryan Payne is a Utah attorney whose practice focuses on helping individuals and families plan for the future and navigate life's most significant legal transitions. Through estate planning and a broad range of personal legal services, Bryan provides practical legal guidance and personalized representation tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

Bryan regularly assists clients with estate planning, probate, trust administration, elder law, and related personal legal matters. His broad legal experience allows him to understand how life’s unexpected changes can affect individuals and families, helping him provide thoughtful counsel that is practical, responsive, and tailored to each client’s circumstances.

Bryan earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University Global before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where he developed the legal foundation that continues to guide his practice today.

Licensed to practice law in Utah, Bryan believes that effective legal representation begins with listening to clients, understanding their goals, and providing honest, straightforward advice about their legal options. Whether helping a family create an estate plan, guiding a client through financial hardship, assisting a parent during a custody dispute, or representing an individual in other personal legal matters, Bryan is committed to delivering responsive service, clear communication, and dedicated advocacy.

Outside of his legal practice, Bryan enjoys ice hockey, weight training, fishing, and spending time with his family.
